American Childhood Cancer Organization
Advertising, Brochure Design
The American Childhood Cancer Organization helps families of children diagnosed with cancer by raising awareness and providing resources to educate those affected by the turmoils of pediatric illness. The intentions behind the organization is to provide hope to those individuals and support them during a time that no family should have to experience.
This advertising campaign relays that message by relating to both child and parent through imagery and text. Inside every pediatric cancer patient is a superhero, and this campaign aims to shine a light on those qualities within the child. By incorporating child-like drawings super-imposed over photography, children can visually relate to and easily digest the hard subject matter at hand. The brochure's call to action is to donate to the organization to further the research and out-reach to families in need.
Both pieces unify the organization's message of hope, optimism, and a promise of possibility.
